Product Availability & Pricing

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you directly with a restock update. Due to the volume of orders, items may occasionally go out of stock before updates can be reflected on the Site. Pricing is meant as a general guideline. While we strive for accuracy, all grading and valuation are subjective. Pricing errors may occur, and blumaqdiamonds.com reserves the right to correct any such errors and will not honor incorrect prices. All prices are subject to change without notice and are fixed at the time of order confirmation.

Gold Weight Variance

Each jewellery piece is handmade exclusively by blumaqdiamonds.com. The actual gold weight may vary slightly from what’s listed online. If the final weight is less than stated, the price will be adjusted in your favor. If it is more, you will be required to pay the difference.

Website Information

We aim to present products as accurately as possible. However, images may not reflect exact size or color due to screen variations. We provide weight estimates, which may vary by 10-15% (or 15-20% for closed setting diamond jewellery). Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

User Registration

You may register to become a Member before completing a transaction or use guest checkout. Registration requires personal information (see our Privacy Policy). Once registered, your email may be used for marketing, with an option to unsubscribe anytime.

Ordering Process

To make a purchase, a Member may:

• Add selected diamonds to their cart directly.
• Customize jewellery using diamonds and mounts.
• Choose from our available jewellery items.
• Contact customer support to place an order manually.

Certain legal information such as PAN may be required at checkout. Orders are considered complete only upon receipt of payment. For verification, blumaqdiamonds.com may contact you before finalizing the order.

Once confirmed:
For loose diamonds or customized jewellery: The diamond will be set and shipped.
For standard jewellery: The item will be manufactured and shipped.
If a payment is declined, blumaqdiamonds.com reserves the right to cancel the order without liability.
