Delivery will be made only after the courier verifies the recipient's name and photo ID. For security reasons, the courier will note the ID details. The recipient is required to cooperate by presenting valid identification.
If the Member wishes to authorize someone else to receive the package, this must be specified at the time of ordering. Once the order is processed, recipient details cannot be changed.
Shipping address changes can only be made before the product is shipped by contacting our customer care team.
All shipping and applicable local charges will be borne by the Company. Upon delivery, the recipient should inspect the package and may open it to verify its contents before signing the delivery receipt. By signing the delivery receipt, the recipient confirms acceptance of the product as per the order. Once accepted, the Company is not liable for any refunds, replacements, or complaints regarding the product.
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to blumaqdiamonds.com. Any costs related to re-shipment or handling will be charged to the Member.
Delivery timelines and obligations are subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions. Incorrect or incomplete name or address details may result in non-delivery.
